FriEnt, Working Group on Peace and Development

Peace and Development Working Group

“What does the public think about peace policy in Germany? The results should be presented in a clear and appealing way.”

Task

The studio created infographics for the Working Group on Peace and Development that depict public opinion on German peace policy. The aim was to make the key messages accessible to both political decision-makers and the general public.
Another task of the project was the design of a study on preventive measures for land conflicts. In addition to the layout and typesetting of the publication, a total of 16 maps were created on the global centres of conflict in the area of land ownership. The cover image of the brochure fits in with the design of the existing publication series.

The publication is primarily aimed at development cooperation experts. All communication materials were realised in line with the client's corporate design guidelines.

Context

The Working Group on Peace and Development (FriEnt) is an association of eight organisations and institutions, including Brot für die Welt (Bread for the World), misereor, GIZ and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. The aim of FriEnt is to raise political and public awareness of the issue of peacebuilding.
